World-famous specialist in the field of orthopaedics, traumatology and rehabilitation, long-time Director of the Capital Rehabilitation Centre in Konstancin, National Consultant for Rehabilitation and Rector of the University of Rehabilitation in Warsaw, Chairman of the Committee for Rehabilitation, Physical Culture and Social Integration of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Member and founder of the Polish Society of Biomedical Engineering , Long-time member of the Committee of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
