Third Remote Meeting of the Committee on Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences, 2024–2027 Term

On 13 May 2025, the third remote meeting of the Committee on Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences for the 2024–2027 term was held.
During the meeting, the composition of three thematic commissions was approved and the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted. Candidates for corresponding membership of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the field of biomedical engineering were presented, and preparations for the PCBBE conference and the 50th anniversary of the Nalecz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences were discussed.
The Committee was also updated on progress in preparing the next volume of the Biopomiary monograph series and reviewed Polish scientific journals in the field of biomedical engineering.
The Committee granted its patronage to the 2nd Science–Business–Society Forum and announced that its next meeting would be held in Krakow in November.
