The meeting was held online. Six new Committee members were elected (the Committee members). A following panels were formed:

• Fundamental Research Panel (in charge of prof. Dorota Pijanowska)
• Panel of Applied Research and Implementations (in charge of prof. Piotr Augustyniak)
• Education Panel (in charge of prof. Zbigniew Paszenda).

The Committee appointed two teams assigned to: organize the EMBS conference (in charge of prof. Ewaryst Tkacz) and work on the Biomedical Engineering Monography.

The Committee has adopted its internal regulations and discussed on activities and challenges for the upcoming term.
